INFINEX VENTURES

INFINEX VENTURES Inc. is a Nevada based company focused on acquisition, through discovery or transaction, of gold and other base metal exploration projects suitable to take through to the feasibility stage and further into production.

The Company has a Joint Venture and Option Agreement providing for the exploration and development of the mineral properties (Yew Project) located on Texada Island, B.C. Canada. This region has a long history of mining dating back to 1876. Several high grade copper gold skarns were mined by the Company in the area. The Yew property consists of 8 claims and is centered approximately 1/2 mile (0.8 km) south of the town of Vananda. The Company is planning to acquire a Processing Plant, already located on Texada Island. The Plant has an operating capacity of 300 tpd (tons per day) which can be easily expandable. Management feels that with progression of the Yew Project, the Company is ready to begin production on the property. The Company has recently made further announcements regarding the Yew Project and is in negotiations to acquire an interest in the adjacent Bolivar Property.

In February 2006, the Company signed an agreement for the sole and exclusive right to acquire an initial 50% interest in the Tesoro 1-12 Mining Claims in Chile which contains Gold, Silver and Copper. On July 19, 2006, the Company completed its due diligence to their satisfaction and is proceeding with the acquisition of 50% interest in the Tesoro 1-12 Claims. The Property is located on the El Indio Gold Belt in Region III, which is approximately 150 km. east of the City of Vallenar, Chile, near the border of Argentina. A number of outcrops can be observed in the surveyed area as well as signs of mineralization of grantable substances in addition to exploratory workings.

The Company is in the finals stages of its due diligence on the Tesoro Project. It has recently come to the Company’s attention that the Tesoro 1-12 leases are in fact the core leases of Pascua Project, one of the Largest Gold Silver Deposit in the World with 23.7 Million Oz Gold and over 600 Million Oz Silver PROVEN.
